Amber Alert Works!
This morning a little girl went missing in the Edmonton area. I was out at a rare Sunday meeting and when I got back in the truck, I heard an Amber Alert on the radio. Here’s a National Post article on the missing girl. As soon as I could, I put some pertinent information out on Twitter.

This information was passed along by others who follow me on Twitter such as @Zoomjer. Also, @ChrisLaBossiere provided this information from the Calgary Sun while retweeting elements of the info above.
However, I believe the perpetrator heard the Amber Alert because he left the little girl in Evansburg, Alberta, a town 100km west of Edmonton. Thank goodness she’ll be alright! Now we all have to turn our attention to finding the scumbag who took the little girl. In this case, the Amber Alert probably applied enough pressure on this coward, low-life, child molesting psychopath by providing everyone listening with a good vehicle and physical description.
